What you’ll do Vision & Craft Own the end-to-end user experience for your product area, from discovery to launch Design beautiful, intuitive interfaces that delight and drive results Turn complex problems into simple, elegant solutions Set and uphold the highest standards for usability and visual design Research & Discovery Lead user research to uncover real needs and pain points Rapidly prototype and test concepts with real users Analyze usage and feedback to inform design decisions and iterate Collaboration & Execution Work closely with product managers to align design with business goals Partner with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Champion design thinking across the organization Move fast without sacrificing quality Who you are You're a 10x Designer - a rare blend of creative vision, technical skill, user empathy, and a relentless drive for excellence.
