WelderWe are seeking a highly skilled welder with 10+ years of experience to join our team in Bristol, CT. This role requires expertise in welding, fabrication, blueprint reading, and working with a variety of metals in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.Key responsibilities include:Perform high-quality welding using TIG processesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbolsFabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structuresEnsure welds meet quality, safety, and structural standardsInspect finished welds for accuracy, strength, and defectsMaintain welding equipment and tools in proper working conditionFollow OSHA safety standards and company proceduresCollaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlinesRequired qualifications include:10+ years of professional welding experienceProficiency in TIG weldingStrong ability to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminumExcellent attention to detail and workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable, punctual, and safety-focusedPreferred qualifications include:Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent)Experience in industrial, structural, or manufacturing environmentsForklift or overhead crane experiencePhysical requirements include:Ability to stand for extended periodsLift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in industrial settings
