Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Inspections! Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for supplemental income or full‑time work. You determine your hours and volume. Duties: Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, and submitting a report online. Requirements: Reliable car for travel to inspections, a Microsoft computer running Windows10 or newer, a smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, and basic computer and communication skills.
