Job Summary PHI Air Medical operating under CAMTS guidelines BH407 VFR/NVG (Instrument rating required) 24‑hour operations (day/night rotation)

Off‑Duty Housing provided Responsibilities Perform line pilot duties in accordance with GOM Assist in loading and unloading of patients and equipment (some lifting required) Support Safety Management System, Destination Zero, and other company safety campaigns Work with internal and external customers to provide safe, efficient, courteous, and reliable service Participate in community outreach programs and adhere to PHI Air Medical policies Qualifications Commercial and Instrument Helicopter Ratings First Class Medical CAMTS requirement: 2,000 total hours, 1,500 helicopter hours, 1,000 PIC helicopter hours, 500 turbine helicopter hours, 100 hours unaided night operations or 50 hours unaided NVG hours Weight restriction policy: individual weight 235 lbs or less Strong communication and customer service skills Interview and acceptance by customer/PHI management Annual flu vaccine not required Pass pre‑placement physical exam including functional capacity exam, drug screening, and background screen Excellent verbal and written communication skills Schedule / Location Schedule 7&7; base schedule changes may occur and schedule changes may be required Off‑Duty Housing provided Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay with shift bonuses, shift incentives, Annual Safety Bonus, and Annual Employee Bonus Sign‑On Bonus up to $50,000 Location Bonus up to 12.5% Off‑Duty Housing available Core Competencies Safety – commitment to Destination Zero and zero incidents Efficiency – focus on outcomes, resource utilization, and sustainable profitability Quality – ensure excellent organizational performance and reliable outcomes Service – dedication to customers, communities, and colleagues Disclaimer The above statements describe the general nature and level of work performed.
