Remote (U.S.) | Travel to San Francisco ~4x/year Im partnering with a founder-led, high-growth professional services organization seeking a Director of Finance & Operations to serve as the CEOs strategic partner and help lead the companys next phase of growth. This is an executive-level opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys improving businesses through operational excellence, financial discipline, AI-driven automation, and scalable processes. What Youll Be Responsible For

Leading Finance and Operations under one accountable leader
Driving financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability
Improving customer and program profitability reporting
Leading operational transformation through workflow redesign and automation
Developing executive dashboards and KPI reporting
Partnering with the CEO to improve execution, scalability, and decision-making
Leading and developing a small Operations team while mentoring the Controller

What Were Looking For 10+ years of Finance and Operations leadership experience Experience supporting organizations with $10M+ in annual revenue (ideal: $15M–$50M) Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and executive reporting Proven experience improving operational processes and leading organizational change Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience Hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve business operations Experience in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments is highly preferred Preferred industry backgrounds include: Professional Services Management Consulting HR Consulting Learning & Development Staffing & Recruiting IT Managed Services (MSPs) Managed Accounting / Back Office Services Why Consider This Opportunity?
