Kitting Associate

Responsibilities Assist with creation of custom Kitting projects. Kit creation involves building kits based on information provided in an assigned kitting ticket. Ticket information includes elements such as: Products going into the kit. Packaging instruction with elements that are included. Quantity of kits Dates/Deadlines for each kit to ship. Ability to follow detailed directions. Ability to partner with other kitting team members in a professional manner. Ability to multi-task and potentially work on multiple kits at the same time. Ability to lift packages that are up to 40lbs. Qualifications Education and Experience High School diploma or general education degree. Prior kitting experience a plus. Prior customer service-related communication experience a plus. Skills/Competencies Ability to speak and understand the English language. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner. Ability to maintain a safe work environment. Ability to stand, lift, bend, for at least 8 hours of a day.
