The ideal candidates will be experienced in mixing and serving drinks in a fast-paced banquet or catering environment while delivering exceptional service.Responsibilities:Set up and stock bars according to event specificationsMix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsiblyInteract with guests in a friendly and professional mannerMonitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with all safety and legal guidelinesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the bar areaAssist with bar breakdown and inventory after eventsRequirements:Previous bartending experience required; banquet experience preferred.Excellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbsMust be able to serve alcohol in accordance with PA state laws.What We Offer:Matching 401KPaid time offFree Garage ParkingMarriott Hotel discountFree Gym Membership
