Travel Respiratory Therapist

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensed in Ohio for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care facility in Ohio.

Job Details

• Respiratory therapy department at an acute care hospital in Ohio,
• Delivers respiratory therapy services as prescribed by provider order,
• Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM,
• 32 hours per week,
• Weekend and holiday coverage required,
• Uses Epic EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing system,

Job Requirements

• RRT credential required - CRT is not accepted,
• Active Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) license required; license required if applicable,
• Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience,
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) required - AHA only accepted,
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion,
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity,
• Role involves exposure to communicable diseases, body fluids, and chemicals,

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services in accordance with provider orders,
• Access to Epic, Pyxis, and facility network is required for this role,
• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement noted for this position
