Chief Quality & Training Architect
Talkiatry
Talkiatry is building a new QA function to design and implement its QA operating model, with first QA platform rollout and automated scoring for both human and AI interactions. You will lead a small team, drive quality governance, and ensure strong physician and patient outcomes. The Head of Quality & Training will own the strategy, be responsible for calibrations, and shape the QA culture across onshore and offshore teams while advancing data-driven improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr Talkiatry
