Occupational Therapist: Empower Residents’ Independence
The Wellstone Group
Springs of Covington in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized therapy plans, and provide ADL/IADL interventions to improve function and independence.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care, document progress, and adjust treatments as needed. The role requires AR licensure and completion of an accredited OT program.
