Regional Sales Manager – North/West (m/f/d) POLYTOP develops and produces high-quality cleaning and care products for use in the automotive industry and all related sectors, professional vehicle care and aftersales. Due to the very positive business development in recent years and the planned further expansion, we are looking to strengthen our POLYTOP team. Responsibilities Management of area sales managers and support in the development of their skills/abilities Responsibility for annual and target meetings and further development of area sales managers Further expansion of the RVL Group (10 GVL) through lean processes and efficient workflows Demonstrating and living successful sales work Development and expansion of long-term customer relationships Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market shares Market analysis, competition monitoring and constant source of inspiration Your profile Several years of sales experience, preferably with management experience Personality with open charisma, enthusiasm and empathy Ability to work in a team, decisiveness with clear and open communication Independent, results-oriented and structured way of working with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach Willingness to travel within the assigned region What we offer as POLYTOP?
