Compensation & Benefits:
As a Financial Professional
- Commission-based compensation with upside earning potential
As an Associate Partner
- Base salary ranging from $60,000–$150,000
- Additional bonuses and performance incentives

Compensation:
$150,000 - $285,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Your Career Journey:
Phase 1: Build Your Foundation
Start as a Financial Professional and:
- Develop a client base
- Help individuals, families, and business owners plan for their financial future
- Gain expertise in insurance and financial solutions
- Receive comprehensive training, licensing support, and mentorship
- Build valuable business development and client relationship skills
Phase 2: Transition into Leadership
After meeting program requirements, you'll enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program where you'll learn to:
- Recruit and develop top talent
- Lead and mentor a team
- Build a successful business unit
- Develop the skills needed for long-term management success

- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree
