Then, upon meeting program requirements, you'll transition into management training where you'll learn to recruit, develop, and lead a team of financial professionals.

Compensation & Benefits:

As a Financial Professional

  • Commission-based compensation with upside earning potential

As an Associate Partner

  • Base salary ranging from $60,000–$150,000
  • Additional bonuses and performance incentives

$150,000 - $285,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Your Career Journey:

Phase 1: Build Your Foundation

Start as a Financial Professional and:

  • Develop a client base
  • Help individuals, families, and business owners plan for their financial future
  • Gain expertise in insurance and financial solutions
  • Receive comprehensive training, licensing support, and mentorship
  • Build valuable business development and client relationship skills

Phase 2: Transition into Leadership

After meeting program requirements, you'll enter a specialized six-month Associate Partner training program where you'll learn to:

  • Recruit and develop top talent
  • Lead and mentor a team
  • Build a successful business unit
  • Develop the skills needed for long-term management success

Qualifications:
