Job Summary:

The dump truck driver owner-operator for Pile 'Em Up Hauling Service is a highly appreciated member of the team! As an elite member of our team, you would utilize your owner-operator status to focus solely on hauling materials without having to search for work!

Location:

Greater Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas

Responsibilities:

Ability to operate a dump truck and pick up materials from various jobs
Follow specific routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials
Perform daily vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance checks
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating dump truck
Communicate with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules
Follow company safety procedures to ensure safe delivery of materials

Qualifications:

Owner-operator of your own dump truck
Valid and current vehicle insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) class A or B with a clean driving record
Experience operating dump trucks (at least 2 years' experience)
Knowledge of construction site safety and road safety regulations
Great time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Successfully pass the DOT physical, drug screen, and background check

Day shift
Night shift
Weekend shift
