Data Privacy Manager

Supporting the operationalization and continuous improvement of privacy capabilities, the full-time remote Data Privacy Manager will manage privacy governance frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and implement scalable solutions to enhance privacy operations and compliance in healthcare and research environments. Key Responsibilities Support the operationalization of enterprise privacy governance frameworks and align privacy requirements with broader governance initiatives Partner with product and engineering teams to implement privacy solutions and embed privacy-by-design principles into products Provide privacy guidance across clinical research and innovation initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field; IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, AGCP) highly preferred 3-5 years of experience in privacy, healthcare compliance, or related disciplines Strong knowledge of global privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) and privacy risk management Experience with data mapping, data flow analysis, and privacy technology capabilities Familiarity with advanced analytics and automation technologies and their privacy implications
