Shipping Clerk – Kingdom Currency

Who We Are

Kingdom Currency is a company that buys and sells collectible coins and United States paper money. We specialize in these collectibles and sell them at high volume. We have been in business for about 5 years and are bringing a new perspective to the numismatics industry.

We are expanding our team by hiring a  Shipping Clerk . This person will be responsible for:

• Preparing and packing customer orders accurately
• Boxing, labeling, and sealing packages for shipment
• Printing labels and managing shipments through our shipping software
• Coordinating with carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) as needed
• Tracking shipments and helping resolve delivery issues or disputes
• Maintaining an organized and clean shipping and fulfillment area
• Managing shipping supplies and notifying management when stock is low
• Following company procedures to prevent errors, loss, or damage
• Lifting and moving boxes and packages up to 50 pounds

Security & Compliance Requirements

Because of the nature and value of our products, you must be comfortable with the following to work at Kingdom Currency:

1. Background Check & Fingerprinting
   If you move forward in the hiring process, you must complete a background check and be fingerprinted at the Bonne Terre Police Department. This is required by our insurance and liability policies.
2. Acceptable Background History
   If the background check reveals criminal history that conflicts with our insurance, bonding, or security requirements, we will not be able to proceed with hiring.
3. Working Under Video Surveillance
   All employees work in a facility with 24‐hour video surveillance. This is non‐negotiable. You must be comfortable working on camera at all times while on site.
4. Non‐Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
   We operate with valuable trade secrets. All employees must sign an NDA that prohibits sharing protected information in any form (verbal, social media, photos, or distribution of materials covered in the NDA).

• Task progression: Shipping Clerk → Cataloging / Inventory Specialist (working more closely with our collectible coins and currency, assisting with identification, organization, and listing of products)

Compensation & Schedule

• Position type: On‐site role in Bonne Terre, MO
• Schedule: MON - SAT, daytime hours (exact schedule discussed during the interview)
• Compensation: Hourly pay starting at $18, with raise to $20/hour. Continued raises as you take on more responsibility
