Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter with hands-on construction industry accounting experience and QuickBooks Online experience to manage the company’s financial operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Support the CEO with day-to-day accounting operations
· Process A/P and A/R transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness & compliance w/company policy
· Process payroll through ADP
· Oversee banking operations
· Assist with month end & year end closing
· Collaborate with our accounting firm on financial statements
Qualifications
· 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in the construction industry.
· 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online
· 2 years of payroll experience with ADP or similar
· Preferred experience in job costing
· Excellent organizational skills
