Concrete Laborer

Description As a General Concrete Construction Laborer, you will be a vital member of our construction team, engaging in physical labor to build, set, and repair concrete structures. This role requires physical strength, stamina, and a keen attention to safety protocols. Responsibilities Include Assist in setting up and preparing construction sites as directed. Operate tools and machinery for concrete preparation, mixing, pouring, and finishing. Transport and handling various construction materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient work progress. Follow instructions from supervisors and implement construction plans effectively. Participate in training and safety programs to enhance job performance and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards. Requirements Qualification Include High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license preferred Experience in concrete construction or a related field is advantageous. Strong understanding of construction tools and equipment. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Commitment to safety guidelines and a strong work ethic. Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Physical Qualifications Include Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Ability to stand, walk, and move for long hours. Must be able to kneel, bend, and squat frequently.
