Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide comprehensive care to MedSurg/Tele patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Manage cardiac drips such as insulin, heparin, and more
• Perform trach care and chest tube management
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients regarding their conditions and care plans

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Valid BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Tele RN experience
• 6 months of EPIC experience required
• Strong assessment and time management skills
• Tele skills and ability to interpret cardiac rhythms
