We are actively looking to hire a Director of Social Work to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Watertown, MA! Great opportunity offering competitive pay and growth! Responsibilities Include: Establishing and upholding overall facility policies and goals in connection to the Social Services Department. Performing assessments, care planning, and overseeing resident satisfaction. Ensure that the Social Services Department is running efficiently and according to all guidelines, laws, and regulations. Requirements: Must have previous management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or general Senior Care setting. Should have a Master's in Social Work. Several years of experience in Social Work, as well as Management experience. Prior SNF experience. Should have exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills. Must be capable and comfortable with working closely with a team and taking charge on a regular basis.
