As part of the Quanta Services family of operating companies, and the largest provider of linework training in the U.S., Northwest Lineman College (NLC) has been setting the exceptional standard of training for electric power linemen in all levels of trade experience since 1993.

The great news is today, NLC is expanding its training programs to include entry-level electricians (construction wiremen) to meet the growth and demand we currently face. We are seeking licensed journeyman inside wiremen to join our training team to help develop and mentor the next generation of inside wiremen through hands-on and academic instruction. If you are a licensed journeyman inside wireman with a desire to contribute to this mission, your legacy awaits you.

Northwest Lineman College (NLC) Trainers uphold the integrity of educational methods, curriculum standards, and behavior expectations, ensuring company core values are being met. Individuals in this role act as mentors, continually inspiring others to excel and succeed, ensuring students are prepared to enter the workforce and be successful in high quality apprenticeship programs.

*$140,400 annual salary

*RESIDENCE WITHIN A 60-MILE RADIUS OF TRAINING LOCATION REQUIRED; RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED

*20% TRAVEL REQUIRED

*BILINGUAL PROFICIENCY IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH PREFERRED (VERBAL & WRITTEN)
