Position Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) Location 726 E Northwest Hwy, Grapevine, Texas 76051 Pay $14.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service in person and on the phone. Process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items. Perform opening and closing store duties. Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating on pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience in customer service, cashier, or retail role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, self‑motivated, positive and outgoing personality. Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after conditional offer). Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus. Sales background is a plus. Bilingual ability is a plus. Career Path Start as a Trainee in a 5‑week paid training program, earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker; then enter the Pawnbroker Certification Program for an additional $1/hour; progress to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and eventually Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program.
