The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.Responsibilities\n \n Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.\n Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.\n Document services provided in compliance with relevant regulations and facility standards.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families to ensure holistic care.\n Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.\n Qualifications\n \n Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).\n Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).\n Strong communication skills and the ability to solve clinical problems effectively.\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #35498489.
