Valcourt Group is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support preconstruction and project startup activities in our Livermore, CA operations. You will distribute documents, coordinate rental orders, and assist with submittals and permits, ensuring smooth project initiation. You will maintain files, track budgets and schedules in our accounting tools, issue POs, manage change orders, RFIs, and invoicing processes, and liaise with clients and vendors to keep projects on track. #J-18808-Ljbffr
