Flatbed Drivers-Trainees and Experienced

We are seeking both trainee and experienced Class A CDL drivers. Please see our trainee requirements below:

• Must be 22+ years old
• Valid Class A CDL
• No SAP drivers accepted
• Stable work history (no more than 6 jobs in last 3 years)
• Good MVR & background

• Driver MUST have 1 year of OTR (3 state) OTR T/T experience in the past 3 years

• If the driver doesn’t have 1 year OTR/TT experience but has 9 months of OTR flatbed exp, we will consider the driver

We will also accept currently experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers with a background in steel hauling. Drivers run regional routes (typically within 5 states) with flexible, non-forced dispatch and consistent weekly miles.

Experienced Driver Requirements:

• Must be 22+ years old

• Good MVR & background

• Minimum 1 year solo OTR experience (within last 5 years)
  • Must include driving in 3+ states
• At least 6 months flatbed experience
• MUST have steel or pipe hauling experience (coil not required) Must also have experience with straps, tarps, chains, and binders

Pay & Bonuses:

• $1,500 – $1,600 weekly average
• $0.70 CPM (loaded & empty) or 27% of load pay
• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
  • $1,500 paid after first delivered load
• $40 tarp pay (40–50% of loads require tarping)
• $300 weekly per diem (non-taxed) = more take-home pay

Job Details:

• Hauling steel, pipe, and flatbed freight
• 2,000 – 2,500 miles per week
• Monday – Friday / Saturday schedule
• Flexible dispatch (no forced loads)

Equipment:

• Newer automatic trucks (Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth T680)
• Truck & trailer stay together and can be taken home
• Parking at truck stops allowed (dash valve lock provided if needed)

Additional Notes:
