Join the Harmony House team as a vital member of our dedicated healthcare staff. Our beautiful small quiet hidden gem Assisted Living Facility in Ocala, Florida is undergoing exciting changes under new ownership and management. As a dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $15.5 - $16.49 , and a rewarding 12-hour shift schedule that includes Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays (7p-7a).

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Monitor and record vital signs, medications, and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices

• Uphold Langdon Hall of Bradenton's commitment to excellence and resident-centered care
