Responsibilities
- Support Project Managers in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Assist with the preparation and tracking of project deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, invoices, and meeting notes
- Facilitate communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Help assist with problem-solving and issue resolution
- Maintain organized project documentation and records
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and provide regular status updates
- Assist with workflow and process organization to improve project efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administration or project support experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe software
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- High attention to detail
- Professional and confident communication style
