Handles project initiation/planning, requirements translation, resource & budget management (task assignment, labor burn‑rate forecasting), execution/monitoring (schedule, quality), risk management/mitigation, and stakeholder communication (liaison between technical teams, COR, and executive leadership). Required Qualifications Ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance Bachelor's in IT‑related field. PMP or ≥10 yrs experience. Quantify detailed recommendations in writing and verbally Working understanding of IT & cybersecurity Strong written/verbal communication across concurrent activitie Attention to detail Ability to define requirements and prepare task proposals (budget & schedule) Experience with PM tools Policy/procedure/work‑instruction development Risk identification/assessment/mitigation Deliverable QA against government requirements.
