Job Title: Production Line Worker
Location: Princeton, MN
Compensation: $17.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 10:00 AM–8:30 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Workers for a leading production company in Princeton, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure quality products are produced consistently while supporting efficient production operations in a team-focused environment. - Manage ingredients according to quality and uniformity standards
- Perform basic math to update inventory and production documents
- Lift products into cases and move cases throughout the facility
- Ensure labels are correctly placed on cases
- Accurately count and record inventory information
- Follow established production and quality procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and respectful teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Basic math and counting skills
- Ability to accurately complete production and inventory documents
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
