General Laborer – Industrial Manufacturing Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $16.00 About the Role: We’re looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our industrial manufacturing team as General Laborers . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active throughout the day, and contributing to a team that values quality and reliability. As a General Laborer, you’ll perform a variety of tasks under the direction of management or experienced team members. You’ll help maintain a clean and organized workspace, assist in keeping equipment and tools in good condition, and support production to ensure work orders are completed on time. Responsibilities: Assist production team with daily operations and meeting deadlines Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Support crew members as needed in various departments Perform general maintenance or organizing tasks as assigned Skills & Requirements: Able to stand, walk, and move around the production floor for up to 8 hours per shift Comfortable bending, reaching, and moving between workstations Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Experience: Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person! #J-18808-Ljbffr Gilder Search Group
