What You'll Do Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and trial documents Coordinate medical records, witness prep, and discovery responses Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings Maintain organized case files and stay ahead of deadlines Collaborate with a close-knit, high-performing legal team What We're Looking For 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (PI preferred) Skilled in Microsoft Office & case management software Excellent communication and organization skills Self-starter who can manage cases with minimal supervision Why Rice & Kendig We value sharp minds, initiative, and integrity.
