About the Role:
Red Robin in Woodburn, OR is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, fast-paced team where great food and great vibes come together. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
- Manage waitlists and reservations using seating management systems
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a timely manner
- Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times accurately to guests
- Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with to-go order inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area
Requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods during shifts
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Previous host, front-of-house, or customer-facing experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
