This Caregiver position at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. This position is located on-site at our McKinney, TX facility.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE!

6am-2pm; Friday - Monday

2pm-10pm Friday - Monday

and PRN "As needed shifts"

What would you do as a Caregiver

As a new Caregiver at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care, you can expect to provide hands-on assistance to residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Your compassion and dedication will be essential in helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members.

To excel in the Caregiver position at The Ivy of McKinney Assisted Living and Memory Care, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Having a year or more of caregiving experience is preferred.
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and fluency in English.

These essential skills will enable you to effectively communicate with residents, follow care plans, and document observations accurately. Additionally, being detail-oriented, compassionate, and having a strong work ethic are crucial for success in this role.
