divh2Job Title/h2pBy living according to a common set of values, we create a culture that unifies, embraces the uniqueness we all bring to the company, and positions Integer for long-term success./ppAt Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do./ph3Core Values/h3pCustomer/ppWe focus on our customers success/ppInnovation/ppWe create better solutions/ppCollaboration/ppWe create success together/ppInclusion/ppWe always interact with others respectfully/ppCandor/ppWe are open and honest with one another/ppIntegrity/ppWe do the right things and do things right/ph3Accountabilities Responsibilities/h3pAdheres to Integers values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements including, but not limited to: Quality Management Systems (QMS); Safety, Environmental and Security Management Systems; regulatory requirements specific to the company, site, and business; and company policies and operating procedures./ppCoordinates global supply planning efforts across 20+ manufacturing sites, driving the development of a global supply plan to support on-time, in-full delivery of customer demand and revenue plans./ppExecutes the SIOP cadence by aligning supply plans with unconstrained demand forecasts, financial goals, and operational constraints, identifying gaps and enabling timely decision-making./ppSupports scenario planning and trade-off analysis to evaluate service, cost, and inventory impacts, and provides clear recommendations to senior leadership./ppDevelops and maintains constraint-based planning models and tools to improve agility and responsiveness./ppPartners with site planning teams to implement standardized processes and ensure consistent execution./ppServes as a subject matter expert in planning forums, supporting alignment across Commercial, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and Finance./ppIdentifies and recommends systemic enhancements to planning processes, data flows, and performance tracking (e.g., forecast consumption, capacity modeling, safety stock strategy)./ppDefines and drives key supply planning KPIs, tracking performance and leading actions to improve service, financial performance, and plan adherence./ppChampions the use of advanced planning tools and analytics, transforming data into actionable recommendations and supporting adoption across sites./ppSupports planning system implementations and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with IT and Digital teams./ppProvides analytical support for global supply management, including monthly and annual reporting, site and enterprise analyses, and risk/opportunity identification./ppDevelops and maintains training materials for supply planning processes and facilitates knowledge sharing across teams./ppPerforms other duties as required./ph3Education Experience/h3pMinimum Education: Bachelors degree in supply chain, operations, business, finance, or similar technical discipline. APICS CPIM certification desirable. Masters preferred./ppMinimum Experience: 10+ years of experience in supply planning, operations planning, or integrated business planning, with a strong global or multi-site supply chain planning background./ph3Knowledge Skills/h3pSpecialized Knowledge:/pulliStrong technical aptitude with respect to supply planning systems, including capacity planning and constraint-based planning processes./liliStrong capability in statistical analysis, modeling, and data visualization, with experience using tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, and Tableau./liliExperience with ERP and planning systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)./li/ulpSpecialized Skills:/pulliExperience working with large and complex data sets./liliProven success influencing cross-functionally at all levels and managing change./liliStrong written and verbal communication skills./liliDemonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations./liliAdvanced computer and presentation skills./liliProven experience leading SIOP/IBP processes in complex, multi-site manufacturing environments./li/ulpOther:/pulliTravel (~15%) may be required./liliSalary Range: $94,500 - 138,600/li/ulh3Total Rewards Program/h3pOur total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integers success.
