Patient Account Rep (PPO Facility Fees)

High Dollar Hospital CollectorInsight Global is looking for a High Dollar Hospital Collector with a strong work ethic and high level of professionalism. This person will be expected to go onsite five days a week from the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm. Each day will begin with a morning huddle at 10:00am, then focus on the work queue, and then work on 40-45 accounts for the remainder of the day. This person will be expected to come from a hospital setting working with high dollar accounts for facility claims and dealing with appeals as well as a variety of insurances under PPO and HMO. Must have strong knowledge of managed care contracts and have knowledge of current regulatory requirements to ensure prompt and accurate reimbursement.
