The ideal candidate will hold CPC or CCS certs, with CRC as a significant advantage, and deep experience in ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC coding. The role requires meticulous coding of medical records, collaboration with clinicians to resolve documentation gaps, and adherence to HIPAA.
