Public Health Nurse: Immunizations & Outbreak Response

Jefferson County Public Health seeks a skilled Public Health Nurse to join the Communicable Disease team. You will conduct case investigations, reportable disease surveillance, and vaccination clinic support, ensuring compliance with grant deliverables. Responsibilities include data entry in state databases, outbreak identification, harm reduction program staffing, and provider consultations.
