We are a brand-new, independent coffee shop opening our doors this October in Glen Cove. We are committed to serving exceptional espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew alongside a daily menu of high-quality, made-from-scratch baked goods. We are currently hiring our founding team across all operations. Hiring for full & part time positions.

  Cafe Manager / Shift Lead: You are the bridge between ownership and the daily floor staff. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, leading and training the team, managing inventory and waste reduction, and jumping on the floor during peak rushes. Requires 1–3+ years of leadership experience in a cafe or fast-casual setting.

  Experienced Baker: You will take ownership of our morning pastry program. Responsibilities include executing from-scratch recipes with precision, managing your own early-morning prep schedule, scaling ingredients by weight, and maintaining strict sanitation standards. Requires professional scratch-baking experience and extreme early-morning reliability.

  Barista: You are the face of our shop. Responsibilities include dialing in espresso, crafting beverages to exact standards, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing warm, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment. Specialty coffee experience preferred, but we will train the right enthusiastic candidate.

Highly reliable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Current Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain one upon hire; Food Safety Manager Certification required for leadership roles).

Ability to stand for long periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
