A Typical Day

• Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and campaign resources.
• Support brand awareness initiatives and customer engagement projects.
• Research audiences, competitors, and market trends.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate campaign requirements.
• Help organize campaign schedules, deadlines, and promotional materials.
• Assist with marketing events and other promotional initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, contact lists, and digital files.
• Help track campaign activity and prepare basic progress updates.
• Support email, social media, and other marketing channels where required.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks to help keep projects on schedule.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in marketing, promotions, branding, or customer behaviour.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and standard office software.
• Able to manage different tasks and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and develop new skills.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, events, or administration is beneficial.
• Previous marketing experience is welcome but not essential.

Training and guidance will be provided on campaign procedures, promotional activities, and internal systems.
