Supply Chain Analyst II, Senior

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst performs supply chain and logistics functions such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution. Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers. Responsibilities Receive minimal instruction on day-to-day work and general instruction on new projects or assignments. Monitor, analyze, and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations and meet organizational demand without overstocking or stockouts. Run and manage the recoverable asset report. Manage and track disposals/recycling of material with support from others. Use tools to monitor and track inventory levels (Inventory at risk tool, Recoverable Assets, BI reports, Oracle, etc.). Responsible for all SSPL and At‑Risk reporting and analysis, including root cause tracking and accuracy; serve as local subject matter expert. Ensure optimal inventory processes are followed through KPI tracking; follow up with team members to ensure inventory is in the right place, at the right time, and in the right status. Identify inefficiencies through root cause investigation and tracking, proposing changes to standard procedures for continuous improvements. If item creation is part of job: follow defined process for creating and maintaining item data in Oracle; serve as local subject matter expert for item creation and maintenance. Required Skills / Qualifications Analytical problem‑solving skills. Attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Supply Chain educational background or experience in production environment. Nice to have skills / qualifications Proficiency in inventory management software and Oracle. Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt minimum).
