Health Access Outreach Specialist

Mallory Community Health Center is seeking a Community Outreach Worker to perform outreach across Holmes, Madison, Leflore and surrounding communities, serving as a central resource for questions and referrals. The role builds relationships with schools, faith groups, social service partners, and local employers to identify resources, promote Mallory CHC services, and reduce barriers to care.

Occasional travel to multiple clinic sites may be required.
