Compensation:

$100,000 + Annually

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

Meet with buyers and sellers to understand their goals and needs
Show properties and conduct listing consultations
Prepare and negotiate offers, listing agreements, and contracts
Guide clients through the buying or selling process from consultation to closing
Manage leads, appointments, and follow-ups using CRM and sales systems
Organize your pipeline, calendar, and client communication
Deliver exceptional service that drives referrals and repeat business

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

Active Real Estate License
Full-time commitment to real estate
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, coachable, and eager to learn
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
Comfortable with CRM and real estate technology
Organized, dependable, and accountable
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
