Description Navigator RN at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. Position: Full Time, 8‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities RN Navigator supports the Structural Heart Program by coordinating care across the patient journey for procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, LAAO, valve interventions, and research trials. Work includes referral screening, patient assessment, diagnostic coordination, clinic scheduling, chart preparation, patient education, care plan documentation, follow‑up coordination, participation in weekly structural heart conferences, communication with referring providers, and oversight of program registries. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. 3 years Cardiovascular experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing. Experience as a nurse navigator. Pay Range Base pay range: $57.28 – $88.92 per hour.
