Regional Pharmacy Manager: Quality, Safety & Operations

Providence Pharmacy Services is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee all pharmacy operations across multiple sites, including infusion and home medical equipment ministries. The role focuses on quality, safety, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance under TJC standards. The position requires a PharmD, California pharmacist registration at hire, and at least five years in management with experience in long‑term care or home infusion settings.
