• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care in a community-based clinic setting.
  
• Perform inpatient consults as needed at the hospital.
  
• Manage a patient load of approximately 10 patients per day, expected to grow.
  
• Participate in a 1:2 call rotation including weeknights and weekends.
  
• Treat general hematology and oncology cases with a 40/60 split.
