As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the evening team, ensuring that every guest receives the high-quality service Rocky's is known for, and overseeing the essential tasks that prepare the restaurant for the next day. You will serve as the primary leader during evening hours, making decisions that support both the team and the overall success of the restaurant.
