Adecco is currently hiring dedicated Production Associates for a prominent client in South Charleston, WV. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career with a trusted leader in manufacturing, with rates starting at $15.50-$16.25 per hour plus available overtime.

As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our client’s production operations by performing press, laser, shot, and weld assembly tasks to meet daily production goals. No previous experience is required, making this an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate press, laser, shot, and welding assembly equipment efficiently and safely.

• Ensure production targets are met with quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Cross-train in different areas of the production line to support team flexibility and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Reliability and excellent attendance are essential.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.

• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs.

• Able to stand, walk, and utilize hands continuously throughout the shift.

• Willingness to learn new skills and work in various production areas.

Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.25 per hour
