Responsibilities The Light Commercial ABM will be focused overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a high levelof customer service, efficient office processes, and achieving sales goals forCoolSys.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure high-quality service to both retail and commercial customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues. Assistin training, motivating, and supervising staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company standards. Help implement sales strategies to meet or exceed office targets. Monitor performance metrics and support the team in achieving commercial goals. Assistwith stock control, ensuring product availability for both retail and business customers. Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the office iswell-maintainedand organized. Build andmaintainrelationships with commercial clients, understanding theirneedsand providing solutions tailored to their business requirements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations to provide a safe working environment. Assistwith office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks asrequired. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. A college degree in Business, Management, or a related fielda plus. Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Good understanding of sales strategies and commercial customer needs. Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management. Ability to understand and follow all company policies and procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.
