Job Description

• Lead full project life-cycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and reporting
• Partner with field leadership to drive site execution and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract requirements
• Oversee procurement, cost control, and client communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 4-8 years construction project management experience
• Background in large-scale or technical projects (preferred)
• Knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and contracts
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
