We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.What You'll Be DoingProvide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment for resident and community activities.Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and effectively while cleaning assigned areas.Perform carpet cleaning, floor maintenance, window washing, trash removal, and other custodial duties.Support a safe and welcoming environment by following safety procedures and responding appropriately to emergencies.Pay: $21.30 - $23.00 / hr DOEAbout YouMinimum of one year of experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or a related field preferred.Experience operating custodial equipment and using cleaning products safely.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and coworkers.At our community, your work makes a difference and we want your benefits to make a difference for you, too.
