Certified Nursing Assistant

Elite Sitters Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our growing team in Butler, AL. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance

Monitor and record patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities

Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety

Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs

Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients

Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare team members

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in the state of Alabama

Previous experience in homecare, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred

Strong understanding of patient care techniques and safety protocols

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Butler, AL area

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a client-first attitude

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
